Mix the zucchini, onion, green onions, dill, mint, feta, and mozzarella.

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper and then mix it into the zucchini mixture.

Mix the eggs and oil and then mix it into the zucchini mixture.

Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan and bake in a preheated 350F/180C oven until set, about ⏱️ 40-45 minutes; a toothpick pushed into the center should come out clean when done.
