In a food processor, combine 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, 2 cups parsley, 1 cup cilantro, ¼ cup chopped onion, ½ tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, ½ seeded and diced jalapeno, and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Pulse until smooth for about ⏱️ 1 minute.
