Bake your cupcakes in a mini cupcake pan following the recipe directions, or the instructions on the box of cake mix.

Prepare a batch of vanilla frosting and add a few drops of yellow food coloring. Mix to combine.

Spread a thin layer of frosting over each cupcake.

Use a sharp knife to hollow out the centers of the mini donuts so the pretzel rods fit into the holes. Place a mini donut on top of each cupcake and press a pretzel through the donut and into the cupcake.

Frost the outside of the donuts with yellow frosting. Then, use a piping bag fitted with a basket weave tip to pipe frosting over the donut.

Wrap a small strip of Fruit Roll-up around the base of the pretzel. Lastly, pipe a small amount of frosting around the top of the Fruit Roll-up.
