On a tray or serving board, arrange about 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips in two circles to form the eyes. Below the eyes, add a small handful of chocolate chips for the nose. Outline the eyes and nose with mini-marshmallows.

Just below the nose, arrange about 12 mini-peanut butter cups in two lines to create the mouth. Outline the sides of the mouth with white chocolate chips. Above the eyes, arrange white chocolate-covered pretzels and powdered donuts to form the top of the skull. Fill in between the eyes, nose, and mouth with popcorn to complete the face. Use white chocolate chips to fill in any holes.
