White Chocolate Oat Cups
These White Chocolate Oat Cups are a no bake treat that combines the rich and sweet flavor of white chocolate with a crunchy, nutty oat mixture and tangy raspberry jam! The combination creates a harmonious balance of flavors, making these a wonderful snack or dessert!

In a medium bowl combine oats, honey, peanut butter and vanilla.

Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.Divide the mixture evenly between the muffin tin pressing the mixture down slightly in the center to create a well.

Add about a tsp of jam into each muffin tin.

Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave in ⏱️ 30 second increments until melted.

Spoon the melted chocolate on top of each oat cup and use the back of the spoon to spread the chocolate.Top each muffin cup with a raspberry while the chocolate is still wet.

Place in the the fridge or freezer for ⏱️ 30 minutes or until the chocolate on top is hardened.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months!
