In a mixing bowl, add eggs and oil and mix until smooth.

Cover bowl and chill cookie dough in the fridge for ⏱️ 20 minutes to make it easier to handle.

Scoop out small portions of the dough and make little balls.

Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees F for ⏱️ 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.

As soon as you remove cookies from the oven, push a few more chocolate chips on top of each cookie before they cool down, for a nicer appearance.
