In a medium heavy bottomed pot, warm the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and saute until it softens, about ⏱️ 3 minutes. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about ⏱️ 20 seconds. Add in all the seasonings and cook, stirring, for ⏱️ 1 minute.

Pour in the broth and chiles. Bring to a gentle bubble and simmer, uncovered, for ⏱️ 10 minutes.

Stir in the chopped chicken, beans, cream cheese, and lime juice; simmer for a few more minutes to warm through and allow the cream cheese to melt.
