In a large bowl, stir together the ground vanilla wafers, walnuts, 1 cup (4 oz/115 g) powdered sugar, salt, and cocoa powder.

Add in the O’Driscolls Irish Whiskey and combine to make a dough.

Roll 1 tablespoon sized scoops between your palms, then roll in the remaining ½ cup (2 oz/57 g) powdered sugar to coat.
