Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Using a wooden spoon, cream together the cream cheese, egg, and oil in a large bowl. Next, mash the bananas until creamy using a blender or mini food processor; then add it to the cream cheese mixture.

Add the flour, baking soda, salt and pudding; then mix until well blended and add the walnuts. Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan, pour in the batter and bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for ⏱️ 60-70 minutes. (The bread is done when the top springs back when touched or a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle).
