In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding and milk. Whisk vigorously for ⏱️ 2 minutes until thickened, then place in the fridge for ⏱️ 5 minutes to set.

While the pudding chills, in another bowl combine the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. With an electric mixer, beat until stiff peaks have formed.

Using scissors, carefully cut the top across the seam of the mini Nilla wafer packs.

Top the cookies with a spoonful of pudding, some sliced bananas, and then a spoonful of whipped cream. Finish with a couple Nilla wafers and banana slices or crushed cookie crumbs for presentation, if desired.(TIP! This is easier if you have a tray or baking dish with higher sides so you can stand them up while filling. It's also a great way to serve them to a group.)
