Layer the orange and lemon slices and apple pieces on the bottom of a glass pitcher or jug.

Pour in the grape, orange, lemon, and lime juices.

Gently stir until everything is well-mixed.

Cover the pitcher or jug and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour, preferably for four hours or overnight.
