In a medium saucepan, pour in the fruit juice and heat it over medium heat to a gentle simmer.

Whisk in the agar agar powder and sugar (if using) and let it boil for a solid ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes. Then, pour the mixture into a small pitcher. This will help make it easier to pour the mixture into your molds.

Divide the mixture between your molds, or pour into a square baking dish.

Place the molds on a baking sheet and set it in the freezer or the refrigerator to set.

Wait at least ⏱️ 30 minutes before removing the gummies from the molds.
