Turmeric Roasted Potatoes Recipe - very easy to make, crispy and flavorful. These potatoes are great for a side dish or an appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce.

Preheat oven to 400F.

Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine avocado oil, turmeric, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper). Pour over potatoes, make sure they are evenly coated in oil and spices.

Transfer to a baking sheet, spread so there is space between them.

Roast for ⏱️ 20-30 minutes, carefully turning once, half way through. Roast until crispy and cooked through, check potatoes at ⏱️ 20 minutes, then cook for longer time if needed. Cooking time depends on the size, oven and type of baking sheet used.
