Melt the butter in a pan, over medium heat, add the onions and celery, and cook until tender, about ⏱️ 5-7 minutes.

Add the rosemary, sage, and thyme, and cook until fragrant, about ⏱️ 30 seconds, before turning off the heat and letting it cool for ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Mix the onions and celery, ground turkey, egg, stuffing mix,parsley, salt and pepper and place in a loaf pan or shape it as desired on a baking pan.
