Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F; then spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

Lay out the turkey cutlets flat on a cutting board; then top each one with a slice of Prosciutto and add about a teaspoon of chopped fresh sage on top of that.

Roll the turkey, secure with a toothpick; then place seam side down in the dish. Repeat for all pieces; then spray the tops of the turkey with cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Place in the oven and bake ⏱️ 20-25 minutes until the turkey is cooked through and the internal temperature is at least 170 degrees F. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
