In medium-size bowl, mix together turkey, green onions, apple, yogurt, hazelnuts, mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, and salt; cover bowl tightly and refrigerate at least ⏱️ 30 minutes.

To serve, arrange 1 cup watercress on each of 4 serving plates and top each with a quarter of turkey mixture.
