Tropical Coconut & Mango Breakfast Smoothie
This lovely blend of mango, passion fruit and coconut milk is so simple but so delicious. It’s a perfect summer smoothie, full of flavour and so quick to make. Try freezing the mango before blending too, this makes it more like soft serve ice cream, which is ideal for a hot day. Make sure you freeze them pre-cut into little chunks though, otherwise your blender won’t be happy!

Put the coconut milk, yoghurt and mango in a blender and mix until smooth.

Cut the passion fruit in half and scrape out the insides.
