Bring 4 quarts water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add noodles and cook according to package directions, about 5 to β±οΈ 7 minutes; drain well.

In a large bowl, whisk together broth, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, crushed red pepper, ginger, and garlic until smooth.
