Peanut Dressing

In a small bowl all of the ingredients and whisk to combine. Add sriracha to taste then set aside.

In a large bowl add chicken, both cabbages, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, cilantro and peanuts.

Top with dressing (I always add about 3/4 of the dressing then add more if needed).Toss to coat everything in the dressing and serve immediately with sesame seeds for garnish if desired!This salad is best enjoyed immediately to keep it's crunch!
