Cut the bacon into ½-inch pieces. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy.

Add refried beans to the pan. Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until heated, about ⏱️ 15 minutes.

Place the refried beans in a casserole dish and spread it out to 1½-inches thick.
