1. To make the Bang Bang Sauce. Stir together all ingredients in a bowl.2. To make the slaw, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add 1/4 cup of the bang bang sauce, toss well, and set aside while you prepare the burgers.3. In a separate bowl, mix together the ground chicken, panko, teriyaki sauce, chipotle, onion powder, garlic powder, and a few cracks of black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.4. Heat a skillet, grill, or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for 8–⏱️ 10 minutes per side, until fully cooked through and nicely browned on the outside. Add the cheese during the last minute of cooking.5. Toast the buns with butter.6. To assemble, spread the remaining bang bang sauce onto the toasted buns. Add the burgers and top with the pineapple slaw and bacon.
