In a large bowl, combine cabbages and onion.

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring vinegar, sugar, orange juice, and red pepper to a boil, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved.

Remove from heat and whisk in olive oil. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and let sit for ⏱️ 15 minutes before serving.
