Preheat the oven to 160°C fan / 350°F. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.

In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until combined. Transfer to the baking tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 18–⏱️ 20 minutes until toasted and golden.

Remove from the oven and set aside to cool on a wire rack. Gently break the mixture up into clusters and transfer to a dry, sterilised jar. Store in a cool place for up to two weeks (or up to 1 month in the freezer).
