Swirled Peanut Butter Banana Brownies
Prepare to have your mind blown as you bite into one of these gooey, chocolate brownies with a hint of natural banana sweetness and finished with a delicious swirl of peanut butter!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper, also spray it with non-stick spray.

Place a medium sized pot over the stove, but don't turn the burner on. Mash your bananas into the pot.

Next, add cubes butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Turn the burner on medium-low heat and stir continuously until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.

Allow mixture to cool, then fold in your eggs until just combined.

In a medium sized bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, instant coffee, baking powder and salt.

Add flour mixture to banana mixture and mix until just combined.

Pour brownie batter into your prepared baking dish.

Next, drop dollops of peanut butter onto your uncooked brownie batter. Then, run a knife through your brownies in an "s" shape creating a swirl.

Bake your brownies for ⏱️ 25 minutes.

Once cooked, immediately place into an ice bath to cool.

Allow brownies to cool fully and cut then with a plastic knife for the cleanest edges!
