Toss the sweet potato in the oil, chili powder and cumin, place on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven until tender, about ⏱️ 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
