Preheat the oven to 160°C fan / 350°F. Line a shallow baking tray with baking parchment.

In a bowl, toss together the strawberries, orange zest, orange juice and coconut sugar. Set aside in the fridge to macerate for ⏱️ 1 hour, until softened and juicy.

To make the oaty crumble, simply place all the crumble ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Transfer to the baking tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 15—⏱️ 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden. Set aside to cool slightly.

To serve, divide the strawberries into bowls, top with the oaty crumble and add a generous scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
