Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish lightly with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Add the lemon juice, raisins, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 teaspoons of the ground cinnamon to the apples and gently toss to combine.

Then, make the topping by combining the almond flour, oat flour, chopped nuts, coconut oil, almond milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in the mixing bowl.
