Sugar Cookie Fudge
This sugar cookie fudge is made with store-bought cookie mix and is full of sprinkles and chopped up cookies. Slice it up for a sweet Christmas dessert recipe!

In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the sugar cookie mix. Microwave on high in β±οΈ 30 second intervals, until a digital thermometer inserted into the flour reads 180ΛF, about 1 to β±οΈ 2 minutes (check the temperature in multiple spots to get an accurate read). Stir well, then let cool completely. Remove any small clumps.

Line a 9-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

In a medium saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent scorching, until hot. Add the white chocolate chips and stir until melted, 2 to β±οΈ 3 minutes. Stir in the cookie mix, butter, and salt until smooth; remove the mixture from the heat. Fold in the cookies, ΒΌ cup plus 2 tablespoons of sprinkles, and vanilla.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top. Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of sprinkles and allow it to set up completely in the refrigerator before slicing, at least β±οΈ 2 hours.
