Coat a 24-cup mini-muffin pan with cooking spray.

Cut a 16.5-ounce tube sugar cookie dough into 6 slices, then quarter each slice. Press a piece of dough into each muffin cup.

Bake at 350° until set, ⏱️ 12 minutes; let cool. Fill with melted white candy melts and top each with a green M&M. Use black icing to make the pupils.
