This is the perfect dessert to make for any special occasion as it's so simple yet delicious. We love to top the strawberry sorbet with an extra dollop of coconut yoghut and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds as they look stunning, but you can shave some dark chocolate over the top or just serve it on its own.

Make the sorbet; place the frozen strawberries, lemon juice, coconut yoghurt and maple syrup into a powerful food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a sealable container, cover and freeze overnight.
