Strawberry Mimosas
This strawberry mimosa drink recipe blends fresh strawberries and orange juice, then tops it with chilled sparkling wine for a fizzy, fruit-forward sip that looks absolutely stunning in the glass. Blend strawberry mixture

Add 3 cups strawberries, 2 cups chilled orange juice, 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 cup chilled sparkling wine to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 30 to ⏱️ 45 seconds. If mixture is too thick to pour, add a splash more sparkling wine and blend briefly until smooth and pourable.

Add strawberry mixture to champagne flutes

Pour blended strawberry mixture into each champagne flute, filling halfway.

Top up with sparkling wine

Hold each glass at a slight angle and slowly pour remaining chilled sparkling wine down the inside edge of the glass to about three-quarters full. Pouring at an angle preserves carbonation.

Give each glass one gentle stir to combine.
