Sticky Tahini Bites
These sticky bites are gooey and delicious with a mixture of tahini, dates and coconut oil. The sesame seeds add a real earthy taste and a nice bit of added texture.

Place the tahini, salt, date syrup and coconut oil in a pan over a low heat and heat until a thick syrup has formed, you donβt want it to over bubble. Pour the mixture into a food processor and add the dates - pulse until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a lined loaf tin and smooth over, sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Place in the fridge to set for β±οΈ 1-2 hours.
