In a small bowl, whisk together the ½ cup honey, ¼ cup soy sauce, 3 cloves minced garlic, and 1 juice of one lemon. Add the mixture to a sealable container with the 1 pound large peeled and deveined shrimp and let it marinate for ⏱️ 30 minutes.

In a medium-sized skillet, add the 2 tablespoons unsalted butter and shrimp, and save the marinade. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
