📝 Preparation Steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan / 355°F. Line a shallow baking tray with baking parchment.

Gently roll out the pastry and use a 7cm / 2 ¾” pastry cutter to cut out 12 circles. Place them on the lined tray.

Arrange 3 slices of fig on each round, slightly overlapping, leaving a ½ cm / ¼” border. Top each with a raspberry and a sprinkle of hazelnuts. Brush the border with soya milk (if using).

Bake for 12—⏱️ 15 minutes until crisp and golden, and the pastry is cooked underneath. Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly.

In a small bowl, mix the jam with 2—3 tablespoons of water to loosen, then gently melt in the microwave or a small saucepan over low heat. Brush the jammy glaze over the fruit before serving.
