Marinate the steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Combine lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cumin, and olive oil in a bowl or a large zip-top bag. Add steak and turn to coat. Marinate for at least ⏱️ 30 minutes but no more than ⏱️ 1 hour.

Make the salsa: Combine blackberries, avocado, jalapeño, bell pepper, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat grill to high. Once hot, clean and oil grill grates with canola oil. Remove steak from marinade. Grill, turning once, until the internal temperature on an instant-read thermometer reads 125°F for medium-rare, 6 to ⏱️ 8 minutes. Let rest ⏱️ 5 minutes before slicing.
