1. Grill the steak, or substitute with chicken if preferred. In a bowl, mix together the butter and garlic powder. Top each steak with the butter and allow it to melt. Slice the steaks into strips.2. Meanwhile, make the pickled ranch dressing by combining all ingredients in a glass jar. Shake well to combine.3. In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine, pepperoncini, and avocado.
