Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Start by adding the spinach to a microwave safe steamer; then cook on high for ⏱️ 5-6 minutes until defrosted. Drain the excess water; then place in a mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, add the eggs, milk, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper; then whisk together and add to the spinach along with the cheese. Mix together; then place in the 1-quart baking dish.
