Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.Add in onions and saute for ⏱️ 3-4 minutes.Add in spinach and cook until wilted, ⏱️ 2-3 minutes.Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
