Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat, season the chicken with salt and pepper, add the chicken to the pan and cook until lightly golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about ⏱️ 5 minutes per side, before setting aside.

Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan and saute until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the broth and deglaze the pan.

Reduce the heat to medium, add the cream cheese and cook, stirring, until the cream cheese has melted, about ⏱️ 2-4 minutes.
