In a large pitcher, combine the mezcal, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, agave, lime juice, and jalapeño slices. Lightly muddle the jalapeño to release its flavor. Refrigerate until chilled, 1 to ⏱️ 2 hours, or add ice if serving right away.
