1. Preheat the oven to 450° F. 2. On a sheet pan, add the salmon, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the salmon to coat. Arrange the bacon around the salmon. Bake for ⏱️ 10-15 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness. 3. To make the honey mustard. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or glass jar. Taste and adjust the salt. Toss the salmon chunks with honey mustard4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and allow the butter to brown around the garlic. Remove and mix in the jalapeño and basil or parsley. 5. Serve the salmon over bowls of lettuce, rice, and dill. Drizzle everything with garlic butter, then add additional honey mustard. Enjoy!
