Spiced Sweet Potato Dip

Preheat the oven to 200C (390F), fan setting.

Cut the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place onto a large baking tray. Mix through 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of chilli powder, a large pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for ⏱️ 25-30 minutes until soft. One soft, remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Once the sweet potatoes are cool, place them in a powerful food processor, along with the rest of the dip ingredients - apart from the almond milk. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth, adding a dash of almond milk, bit by bit, until you reach the consistency you like best.
