Chop up bread into bite-size chunks, add to 12" cast iron skillet.

Whisk eggs, milk, honey, salt, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of brown sugar and 1 tsp of the cinnamon in a small mixing bowl.

Pour over the top of the bread.

Dot the top of the bread with butter and sprinkle with remaining sugars and cinnamon.
