S'mores Banana Boats
S’mores Banana Boats are a a great way to use up ripe bananas and an insanely easy treat to satisfy any sweet tooth. Perfect for making at home in the oven or on the grill, or over a campfire while camping!

For the grill: heat grill to medium-high heat. Peel the banana, slice lengthwise, and slightly open to create a pocket. Place on some aluminum foil. Insert marshmallows, chocolate, and butterscotch chips into the banana. Wrap the banana up in the foil and cook on the grill until everything is gooey and melty, about ⏱️ 7 minutes. Unwrap and sprinkle the graham crackers on top. Eat with a spoon.

For a campfire: Keep banana peeled, slice lengthwise twice, and lift up flap of peel. Slice banana and add the chocolate, butterscotch, and marshmallows. Replace peel flap and wrap banana with foil. Let the flames die down a bit before adding the foil packets directly to the fire. Cook ⏱️ 3-5 minutes or until soft and melted. Carefully unwrap and sprinkle the graham crackers on top.

For the oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel the banana, slice lengthwise, and slightly open to create a pocket. Place on some aluminum foil. Insert marshmallows, chocolate, and butterscotch chips into the banana. Wrap the banana up in the foil, place directly on the cooking rack and bake for ⏱️ 6-7 minutes.
