Smashed burgers served taco style with the beef smashed onto the tortillas, smashed into a pan and cooked until the beef and tortillas are golden brown, before topping with your favourite burger toppings!

Divide the meat into 4 equal portions, press it onto the tortillas, in a thin layer covering all but 1/2 an inch around the edge.

Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat a heavy bottom skillet to medium-high heat, smash the meat side down into the pan, and let it cook until the meat starts to turn golden brown, about ⏱️ 2 minutes.

Flip the burger tacos so that the tortilla side is down, sprinkle the cheese, cover, and let the tortilla get crispy and the cheese melt.
