Place the beef, soy sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, chili sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch mixed in with water, onion, carrot and jalapeno in the slow cooker and cook on low for ⏱️ 6-10 hours or on high for ⏱️ 2-3 hours, before mixing in the sesame oil and green onions and enjoying!
