In a large saute pan, add the oil and kielbasa and saute over medium heat until lightly browned; approximately ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Next, add the garlic and scallions and saute for another ⏱️ 1-2 minutes; then add the wine, chicken stock, tomatoes, chickpeas, rosemary and tomato paste. Mix well.
