Place everything, except the sesame oil and sesame seeds, in the slow cooker and cook on low for ⏱️ 6-10 hours or on high for ⏱️ 2-5 hours, remove the chicken, shred it (discarding skin and/or bones) before mixing it back into the sauce along with the sesame oil and sesame seeds and enjoying!
