Add ground beef, pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic and chives to a large bowl.

With your hand or a spoon mix to combine. Do not overmix.

Roll into 24 meatballs.

Heat a large skillet with oil. Add the meatballs and brown on all sides, about ⏱️ 2-3 minutes on each side. You do not want to cook the meatballs just brown them.

Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil and garlic. Set aside.

Add the browned meatballs to the slow cooker and top with the soy sauce mixture.

Cook on low for ⏱️ 2 hours. Stir gently a couple of times making sure not to break up the meatballs.
