Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie
This easy to make skillet cookie takes the beloved buttery, chewy, chocolate chip-studded cookie and amps it up by baking in a cast skillet for those perfect crisp edges around a soft-set center. This tempting treat is out of this world good, especially when it's served warm with a scoop of slightly molten vanilla ice cream atop.
